Your key doesn't currently require resetting as it still has uses left.

Why is that?

The same thing happens when you start the software. The key is all right, but OK can't be clicked

Make sure you're entering the information correctly from https://cubik.studio/get

Make sure your computer's clock is set correctly.

If you're behind a proxy make sure it is set up correctly.
