i brought cubik quite a while back, and have a bit of a problem, i cannot reactivate my account or anything i ave tried and went to purchase-support-f2/how-to-upgrade-from ... o-t14.html for advice , but nothing works, this due to the fact i have forgot every last username and password, the only thing i know is the email i used at the time (it was my dads) and recently they shut down all the email address types that he had (his email was : [email protected]) so i have no idea what to do , someone please help

You need to supply as much information about your purchase as possible.

Please send to me via Private Message the buyer's name, rough date of purchase, any PayPal receipts / transaction IDs you have, etc.

Just knowing the email address used is not enough.
