You should have received an email with a different reference number from PaymentWall to confirm the purchase... If you haven't you'll need to ask them for it.
We only receive reference numbers for confirmed purchases and without that we can't check our records properly.

After checking, we did not received any message from PaymentWall regarding your issue.
We'll be more than happy to help you to solve the issue but currently, the transaction ID you sent do not exists on our side (in PW)

'Paymentwall' gave me a new serial code and it's been activated
