I bought cubik studio but i geuss i closed the page were the window was supposed to pop up.

I bought cubik studio I can show proof if needed but after I bought it nothing came up no confirmation email no other screen and now I bought it but don't have any way to get into it.

I bought cubik but it never sent me the email I tried to recover it with the transaction id but it wont work
