Payment Wall made me pay twice

Greetings,
recently, I purchased Cubik Studio. Using PayPal, I followed the steps to purchase it, but after the confirmation of PayPal, the PaymentWall reloaded itself, without any confirmation of the successful payment. It forced me to follow the steps once again, and worked afterwards, though, looking at my PayPal receipt, it turns out that the money for the program was withdrawn twice. Afterwards, the second "Confirmation eMail" arrived at a different eMail account of mine (Which I didn't confirmed yet). Thing is, I don't want two keys. My Question is now, if I can have the money refunded, because I need it for something else, espicially because I never wanted a second one anyway.
