i'have buy bdcraft pro on 2015 and now i can't recover my serial for upgrade to studio

BDcraft Cubik PRO on 18th November, 2015.

can you help me ?

i'have do the recover form it send me this

I see that you already upgraded to Cubik Studio and that you already used it.
Do you still have any issue or have you solved it yourself already?
