I bought the cubik, but once I bought it, on paymentwall it sais: "Thank you for your purchase!" and on the cubik website it said it failed, so I didn't get an email with a serial. I tried to do the recovering process of the serial but it said:" Failure!
Recovery has failed.
No transaction found with those details or key already activated.

There are no unclaimed recent purchases which means PaymentWall is likely holding your payment for security checks.

If your payment method was PayPal it may be considered an "eCheck". It takes time for them to confirm payment and so the system doesn't give access to goods until verification.
