I have used my serial key on my PC and recently had to re-install my entire PC a few times over
I came back to use cubik for the first time in a while and it stated it was used by too many users?
Could I have this resolved?

I have reset your key uses.
Try not to reinstall your PC so much in the future

I have lately had the issue of a failing Graphics card driver so I had to reinstall my windows...Once again
I moved my installation back from my windows.old and attempted to use Cubik....But I am met with "Too many users" once again
Cubik is only ever used by me on my Main PC and spare laptop, I go to use my laptop and get the same issue.
I attempted to reinstall it completely but no luck.
Is it okay to ask to have my keys reset entirely?

You are using your license on more than 4 computers/configurations and that's not the first time meaning you've probably used same license on more than 5 to 8 different computers/configurations.
As stated in the Terms of Use, 1 license = 1 user OR 1 license = X users on same computer
You are clearly breaking the terms of use currently.
"Reinstalling" a computer so many time in a short time frame is not realistic. That would also mean that each time you "reinstall" your computer, you are also launching Cubik.
Please give details on why you are hitting that fast the license limits and we'll check if we can reset your license.

As mentioned, the reinstall of windows. I could provide proof of me complaining to friends that I need to keep re-doing it if you so wanted.
I have numerous harddrives that I install different OS's on Such as Ubuntu and Windows 7/10.
At first I had to reinstall 10, as mentioned removing it from windows.old.
This did not work out as stated so I reinstalled there and went back to installing it on the 7 harddrive in the meantime.
After attempting to sort out my 10 drive again, I reinstalled there. A hour later, my computer then blue screened due to the fan cutting out and taking the system with it.
I reinstalled windows. Again. Followed by cubik. Again.
With the X amount of computers thing, I did not realise I could not have it on my laptop aswell until you pointing this out. That is a mistake on my behalf and I apologise for that.
But again on that, with the vagueness of it being 'Same computer' that could mean I could install it as many times as I wanted on the same hardware but not OS.

I should probably stress that I'm reinstalling the entire operating system, which doesn't let me launch Cubik afterwards.
Not the Computer itself.

Your license is reset.
Please be careful on how many computers/configurations/sessions you install it. You can to it on 2 different computers/configurations/sessions.

This happened again when I took my harddrive out and put it back in when cleaning...
I think I may just buy a new license in the near future. Thanks for the above help regardless though.
