Higher resolutions, 32x max voxel res? Help Asap.

this may be a dumb question, but I would just like to know if it's possible and if so, how?
So. I've been trying to make a sword model. Something similar to "The Dark Repulser" in SAO, a popular anime series, but I cant get the sword to be as sharp as I'd like because of how large the voxels are. So my question is. Is there a way to make the voxels smaller, instead of keeping them add a size of 32 (the highest res you can convert a mesh.) Maybe theres a way to just use voxels and not have to convert to elements. It would really help if someone could show me or simply tell me if it's is or isnt possible. I know one way to get a higher res, which is to build with smaller elements and cubes, but that's just time consuming and I assume there should be an easier way. This would be helpful to me, a newer cubik user and It may be that other newer modelers have the same issue.
Anyways, thanks and please respond asap
