When I export my json file to my resource pack and then use it in minecraft, there is no texture to it.

Make sure all your folders and filenames are lowercase.

All my filenames and folders are lowercase and it still doesn't load.

You haven't defined the path to your textures correctly.

Also, in the future, if you want help you might want to actually just share the relevant files instead of a slightly edited vanilla pack which anyone who wants to help has to pick through to find the right files...
