Stuck in an infinite account activation loop

Hello, I purchased BDCraft Cubik Pro a while back and am attempting to upgrade to Cubik Studio. I first tried to login using my username and password, but it was saying my username wasn't found. So, I did the recover form and put in my email and Cubik Pro key, and I got an email that sent me a link to activate my product and brought me to the page that said I had to login or create a new account. I then went to login but it said it couldn't find my username. So, I went and registered using my email address and it said it was working and to check my email. However, I never received the email that was supposed to come for me to activate my account. Now, when I go to login on the download page, it says my account hasn't been activated and to check my email (and the email isn't there). If I attempt to login on the forum page, it says "The specified username is currently inactive. If you have problems activating your account, please contact a board administrator." So, I clicked the option that said "resend activation email" and it says "the requested usergroup does not exist" so I'm unable to login to my account at all or to resend the activation email. This is a temporary account I just made to post on here and get help, since there was no way to get support if you don't have an account to login to
Please help.
