Imported photo larger than 16x16 gets squeezed into the block

Title says it all. Whenever I try to import a .png or .vox file it gets placed only inside the block. I want it to keep the correct size while maintaining the 16x16 block, so the model should be going out of the block. Any way to do this? Thanks in advance! :)

You can extrude a PNG in middle zone or whole zone directly into UV mapped elements.

For the VOX import, Voxel formats are always imported inside middle zone. That may be improved in a future update though.

Thanks! I got it working, but it seems like 64x64 is too big to export. Is the max limit locked to 48x48?

There are no limit for textures.
If you mean limit in voxels format, VOX format is limited but not a the others

When I try exporting a 64x64 image it gives me this error:

1 element(s) have not been exported because of invalid position (outside authorized Minecraft bounds).

This error is when one element is too far in world. Nothing related to textures or images...

But I'd like to keep the image size (64x64) relative to the default block size (16x16), which would be four blocks across. So I don't want to squeeze the image in order for it to fit three blocks when it's actually supposed to be four. Is the max limit always three blocks in each direction?

If you want to use just a portion of your texture on elements, you'll have to edit UV map for each element. Byt default, Cubik snaps texture to elements as if the texture is projected in middle zone only.
