Cubik Studio

I bought Cubik Studio today, I can see my serial key in https://cubik.studio/get but when I enter it in Cubik Studio - Updater I am getting an error "The license information entered contains one or more error...", I am sure that I am entering the correct key and my e-mail that I used when I bought it.

P.S. I am not upgrading from Cubik Pro I directly purchased Cubik Studio and activated the key from the e-mail I received via recover link.

Are you sure you are entering your Cubik account email address and your Cubik Pro Serial in Cubik Updater?

By the way, the Serial is of this form (for Cubik Pro): "BDC-..." and has 36 characters in total

Yes I am quitely sure that I am entering my Cubik Studio Serial and account email. I will try it in different platforms now.

I already tested your email + your serial and they are working.

I tried in my old PC and it worked well but it doesn't work for my workstation even though in same network.

Does Cubik Updater accept your Serial and install Cubik Studio?

My serial key works well I think, I have an issue because of my computer.

But don't have an idea what is the reason of it.

Nope, Cubik Updater prints error "The license information entered contains one or more error..." and doesn't do anything for me.
