why havent 32x windows system?

I have a question. Why do not you make "cubik studio" for 32x windows system?

Unity does support 32bit Windows... it's just not necessarily a trivial task to build a project to work on 32bit Windows nowadays.
Sphax has even said Cubik may support it one day:

i have unity, but it only support 64x

You'd be wrong. I just checked. The Unity download includes a 32bit setup.
Regardless, as I said, it may get supported in the future.

I would imagine that's just due to your environment, or you're lacking the required plugins. Having never used Unity myself I do not know, but I do know Sphax knows what he's talking about and if he says "it's possible" then it's possible.
It'd be a bit odd that they still supply a 32bit editor and didn't allow you to export a 32bit program as you wouldn't be able to actually use the exported project.
They've even
announced the 32bit player will continue to get updates when they drop support for the 32bit editor after 5.6.

32bits is possible but Cubik Studio is using some libraries for x64 systems only for the moment...
