No email received

I purchased cubik studio but did not receive any email as it said it would.

Also, I apparently messed up my username, can this be changed to "xorinzor" ? thanks.

Almost 4 hours past after I bought Cubik Studio and I didn't receive any E-Mail like you (except Paymentwall receipt) also when I try to use the serial key in download page, I am getting error "The license information entered contains one or more error..."

I gave http://bdcraft.net/goods/lost a try, and it tells me: Wrong Transaction details. Please, verify what you have entered and try again.

That means you are entering something wrong. Be sure to enter Paypal email, BDcraft account email and then date of purchase.

I double checked all of that, even have a paymentwall receipt and paypal receipt. It appears my data was just not stored in the database (either that or I messed up my email again, which I actually kinda doubt)

that doesnt work either unfortunately. I did notice something though, the transaction ID on that page is: b000000, whereas mine is w0000000.

Ah, yes I got it now :)

Can you still change my username to: xorinzor? I mistyped it during registration.
