Questions about usability of the tool.

hei guys, im now long on the search for a good 3d tool for minecraft. I used techne before, but rotating more blocks at once is very messy with techne and just does not look good.

So since i read cubik is pretty handy with a good interface AND beeing able to rotate blocks and parent them together, i realy think im going to buy it.

But, before i do that, i need to know if i can export models for a minecraft mod and not only ressourcepacks. Can i create a Monster and actually export it as a entity? Can i create weapons and export them as a ingame item? Im very well aware, that i need to add code for it and that the tool wont do it for me, but i need the block rotations and offsets and textures to be applied to my model.

Thank you in advance

Cubik Studio currently has 2 formats for Minecraft:
- MC 3D Model JSON: Official 3D format for Minecraft blocks and items, commonly used in ResourcePacks and MC servers (using server side RP)
- Optifine JPM: Custom 3D format for Optifine to customize Entities and Entities parts. Useful to replace or attach 3D models to any entity part. This is visible for anyone using Optifine and same RP

Cubik Studio has 2 other formats planned in future updates:
- MC PE 3D Model JSON: Officiel 3D format used in Minecraft PE/W10/AppleTV/XBox/Playstation editions for custom entities
- Java class: Custom "format" which will help Modders to code using 3D custom made 3D models. This is not really a 3D format but more a set of methods using Forge examples.

I'm thankful that you commented on the addition of Minecraft PE export tools coming up. That is exactly what I was looking for when I purchased the program and have been racking my mind around how to create an entity JSON file for Minecraft Windows 10 edition. Is there any hint to when we may expect the next update?
