Cubik Studio

Apparently, I bought cubik pro this year at february when I had a mac however when I bought it I noticed that it was only for windows so I couldn't do anything about it. But now I have a windows pc and I want cubik pro now but then I noticed it has now become cubik studio. I have lost my account and serial code/number and everything and when I try to request for the lost serial thing It just says 'The information you inputted was invalid' or somewhat like that. I do have proof on paypal that I did buy it so is it possible you can help me?
