Selecting a cube and hiding hides all cubes and not the selected one [Solved]

The moment I right click one cube only and go to the element and hide it. It hide all the other cubes as well.
I can reproduce this by starting a new file.
Then making 2 cubes and selecting one, right clicking and selecting hide. It hides them all.
