Key in use by too many accounts... again :(

I have no idea why, but it's given me this message again. I can't log into the software or use the updater. I am absolutely sure that I haven't given the key out to anybody, only I use it and only then on a single computer. I've changed the email to my account and reset my password in case somebody has in fact been fraudulently accessing my account but I have no idea what caused this, I had used the software a few times earlier in the week with absolutely no issues whatsoever. Can you change the actual serial or something so there is no chance of this happening again please? Sorry for wasting your time with frustrating queries, this is an annoying issue
