How do you activate your serial key?

I have bought Cubik Pro and I still have my serial key.
I followed the instructions of the "How to upgrade from Cubik Pro to Cubik Studio" post which led me to create a new account.
And now I must "activate my serial" but I don't know how to. I can only purchase one.

Go to the recovery page as it says on the help post

Oh wow well that's wreid cause I tried that at least 5 times before and it didn't worked, but know it works! Even tho i still didn't recieve the email

We had some issues with emails. If you've not received the email, just retry now (1 time) and wait some minutes. If that works or don't work after 1 hour, please let us know here.
