Account disabled/blocked?

Hi there,

I think my account got blocked (not this account as I just created it to get support) but somehow I can't login into my account.
Please let me know how I am able to get my account back.

I can provide any needed information about my purchase.

You will need to send me some information via a Private Message:
  • Your real name (or the name of the person who bought Cubik)
  • Any email addresses that may be connected to the account
  • Your PaymentWall receipt, or, if you don't have it, another form of proof of purchase (failing that a reasonable estimate of the purchase date)
  • Your Cubik serial (if known)
