I can't access my account; seems to have been deleted.

Hello Support,

I hope you're doing well.

I purchased Cubik Studio on January 10, 2023, and I'm currently trying to access my account and serial. However, it seems my account and associated information may have been deleted. To troubleshoot, I created a new account in hopes of retrieving my purchase, but I was unable to sync it using my original purchase link.

I have my purchase details available if needed and would appreciate any assistance in restoring access to my account and serial. Thank you for your time and help!
