Account did not exist, and purchase was reset

Back in 2021 I purchased Cubik Studio, and have since re-installed Windows updating to a new version, and am unable to re-activate the product. I went to sign in to my account here to check for the key, and my user, email and password couldn't be found. I was able to create a new account with the same old user data. Attempting to recover my product key here (https://cubik.studio/recover2) with my purchase info failed, and with no purchase history on this site, but still having my information in my email, I seem to be stuck and unable to activate Studio or recover a key for it.
