Lost password - cannot be recovered

Hello, I bought a new PC and as usual. We forgot to back up some things. Unfortunately, I wanted to log in to the cubik studio account on my original account, and unfortunately I don't know the password. We tried to reset the password today and yesterday, but it just says "something went wrong refresh the page". We couldn't login to the forum either, so I created a backup account. Is it possible to reset the password on the original account? Best regards, Mastrik.

We were having issues with sending emails which has now been fixed.
If you try to reset your password for your other account now you should be able to as long as you know the email address, and can access that inbox.

Oh sorry, didn't realise that form was also having issues as well as the email issues. That form is now also fixed.
I'm glad you were able to recover your account.
