Cannot open dropdown menus

Hi there, I recentlry re-installed CS but it seems that I can't show dropdown menus when I pass my mouse hover them (such as the dropdown to convert voxels to elements.

Do you have any idea on how can I fix it ? I tried to uninstall / reinstall but it doesn't work.

Make sure your Visual C++ is up-to-date: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/hel ... -downloads
