Applicaiton not recognising key  [Solved]

but today i go to launch and the application doesn't seem to recognise my serial key, and just keeps telling me to register or purchase again....

tried to reset serial but the interface in the download page link says the serial is still too new to reset.

PLZ Help

Sorry to see you're having issues.

Firstly, can you make sure the time on your computer is set correctly?

After that make sure you're entering your email and serial exactly as it appears on https://cubik.studio/get
