Bounding box is too small!

I'm trying to convert an obj to a voxel model to export as a minecraft schematic, but the bounding box is limited 128x128x128. The intended size of the schematic is roughly 950 by 950 by 150. Is there a way to force voxels to generate outside the bounding box's maximum size?
