Before I logged in to Cubic, I went straight to the purchase window and bought the Cubic Studio.But when I tried to sign up and download it, the window was open and not down again. I have the receipt now. What happened?

It doesn't matter if you register before or after buying. You should receive an activation link to click from us once the purchase is confirmed.
