Fine Adjustment

Hello! I usually have problems lining rotated elements up and have to manually adjust it by Transform > Move and try to figure out the right coordinates. There should be a way to toggle on and off really fine adjustments, since moving it by the arrow keys doesn't account for more defined decimal points.
