I live with my Dad and we can't always pay the internet bill, so we'll switch to a new provider, this happens alot, and its caused me not to be able to reset my Cubik key. Could it be reset please?

Changing internet service provider has no effect on key uses, so that's not the case.

It would be worth you thinking if you've shared your key with a friend, and maybe they're using it hence why you keep needing to reset it so often.

If that's the case you should think about changing your password, and I can change your key, but your key won't reset until March 2020, when the system will do it automatically.

How long will it take to change my key? I don't need to use Cubik right now, but it would be nice to have just in case. I'll go change my password aswell

I can change your key now, but you have to change your password first to make sure no one else can see the new key, or it's a pointless thing to do.

Remember, even if I change your key now it still won't be usable until around March.

No, you haven't. Until you change your password I can't change your key.
