my anti virus is saying its not safe why does my anti virus think its not safe
Your Antivirus is just drawing a false positive. If it were unsafe there'd be a lot more complaints.
Temporarily disable your AV or just let the program run when prompted.
You should also figure out how to report false positives to whoever made your AV, so they can remove the erroneous detection.
