Hello,
I can not use my serial numbers anymore for the software cubik studio or cubik pro or animaker and can not reset the serial number.
can i to get another key so that I can use the software again.

Your key doesn't have any uses against it currently.
What's the error you're actually seeing?

"does not work anymore" is not an error I can work with. You need to tell me the actual error.
