Trouble Converting Normal Maps With 3D Models

I'm currently trying to convert a 2d texture and the normal map I made for it to use with shaders into a 3d block instead of making height maps. My problem is when I convert the textures with the various methods going from >[ obj -> voxels -> the 3 various options ]< converting the texture generates the large 512x512 texture sheet for the "Convert Element per Surface". Is there a way to convert the normal map to the same format? Or have it generate a UV map of the 32x32 texture?
