My acount was not migrated!

I've bought Cubik Pro In 2015 but now i wanted to download That on my Laptop. Then I noticed that you have a new version... But for Some reason i cant login into my account (Probably was not migrated). Was my account destroyed? Do i haft to buy it again? (I hope not..) So can you please Fix my problem, I really enjoy your product

I Looked at that and saw the recovory and i tried that and whats my Cubik Cereal (Is that that thing if i want to download it again?) and my Cubik Email is the on e i used for the account?

As that thread says if you don't remember your serial you need to recover it via the other form using the email address you were using previously on BDcraft.
