Sorry about the issue.

Your activation token has been reset, you'll need to recover it via this form: purchase-support-f2/how-to-recover-cubi ... i-t60.html

I could active but I cannot download. Only option is to buy again...

Looking at your order you haven't activated the product.

When you fill in the form it will give you a new activation link. Clicking that link will then ask you to confirm your account password.

It does not work. This is what happens (tried on a 2nd computer and different browsers):

1. Enter email and activation key on https://cubik.studio/recover2 and press "Recover"
2. "Success!" is displayed. I then click on "Please click here to activate product"
3. On https://cubik.studio/activate?key=xxxxxxxx I enter my email again, agree to terms of use and click "Verify"
4. I get back to https://cubik.studio/get where only options are "Buy now" and "See happy Cubik users"

I am already logged-in

I'll have to add your product to your account manually then.

You will need to send me some information via a Private Message:
  • Your real name (or the name of the person who bought Cubik)
  • Any email addresses that may be connected to the account
  • Your receipt (or a reasonable estimate of the date of purchase)
  • Your Cubik serial (if known)
