Not receiving any bdcraft emails

So, lots of things have happened:
- I bought cubik pro
- I never received an email with a cubik pro key (I didn't think much of this, cause I mostly got cubik pro to get cubik studio)
- My account wasn't migrated
- I don't have my cubik pro key so I can't use the cubik.studio/recover page
- I sort of forgot about the issue for a few days
- I found the "How to upgrade" post and followed the instructions
- I got to the "Lost purchase" page, put in my email and no key, and it confirms that I bought it
- Everything is wonderful... right?
The problem is that the site sends the information to the email address that doesn't seem to receive any bdcraft emails (I didn't even get the confirmation for creating my account, so I had to create another with my secondary email)
Is there any way for this to be manually sorted out?
