Trying to upgrade old BDCraft Cubik Pro license without the purchase email and the serial number [Solved]

Hey Guys,

I bought BDCraft Cubik Pro at some point in 2016 and I recently discovered that you guys have a newer product, Cubik Studio.
After reading the upgrade guide I found out that I had to somehow find either my purchase email, which my email provider (web.de) already deleted
or my serial number, which I somehow don't know how to find. My old BDCraft account, which has the same name as this forum account I created today still works for the BDCraft forum, but not on this page or on the recovery page. I do however still have the Cubik Pro and Animaker installation files on my old PC.
How can I upgrade to Cubik Studio now?

You will need to send me some information via a Private Message:

• Your real name (or the name of the person who bought Cubik)
• Any email addresses that may be connected to the account
• Your receipt (or a reasonable estimate of the date of purchase)
• Your Cubik serial (if known)
