Hello, my name is Colin, I purchased Cubik Pro a while back. Since I have purchased it I have lost the password to my account and my account has been deactivated. my old username for Cubik was MrBUTTER1399. Please help me resolve my issue.
PS I cant reactivate my account, I don't have the password and i cant reset the password without having an activated account.

How do I activate my Cubik Pro Serial Key though? With the new account i created.

Also, i cannot reset my password because my old account cannot be reactivated, because i don't know the password...

An account by the name of MrBUTTER1399 doesn't exist on this forum. It likely got lost in the migration as you never activated it fully before.
