Hello, my license key does not work either on the software or on the site, I checked the time zone and everything is fine I copied my email and the key.

I tested your details and they work fine.
What is the version of Cubik you are using? Have you tried downloading a fresh copy of the Cubik Updater and reinstalled Cubik Studio with it?
What does this url give you:
https://cubik.studio/goods/register_cs ? (error 400 is normal)

I tested the latest version of cubik studio and it still gives me as an error message: The license information entered contains one or more error
And the link gives me as a message :
error 404 - Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36 - 194.250.42.110

I've asked Sphax to take a look. It appears you're somehow sending malformed data to the server.
