Cubik Model Scaling in Preview does not transfer over to .json file.

HI, I have a model im trying to scale for my server but the model does not show any scale difference when i mess with the scale. I have scaled it up to about 12-13 times bigger before but it will not this time. I dont know if im doing something wrong now or if its some 1.13 issue...? Please help. Thanks!
