Purchased but no email

I bought cubik pro and got a receipt from PayPal but it's been two days and I haven't gotten an email. I also tried using the recovery and it says that no transaction with those details was found.

If you purchased via PayPal and it was processed as an eCheque/eCheck it can take up to 4 days to process. That's entirely on PayPal doing checks on their end.

It's been 4 days now and I still haven't received an email and recovery doesn't work. Paypal sent me a receipt and my bank has the transaction listed as done

You will need to send me some information via a Private Message so I can check for your purchase:
  • Your real name (or the name of the person who bought Cubik)
  • The email addresses connected to the purchase
  • Your PayPal receipt
