Can i get a refund?
Reason: The program is not nice to work with, its lagging on my laptop and its crashing every time i'm almost ready with my model.
I hope i can get a refund.

The Terms of Sale you agreed to when purchasing the product:

You may not cancel an order by you for any download of a Digital Product once it has been made available for download by you. Each purchase of a download shall be deemed a final, non-exchangeable, non-refundable sale.
