Forgotten Password and broken mail

Hello,

I forgot my password and if I use the online password reset I do not receive any mail but I am not sure if the password reset or my mail is broken. I bought BDCraft Cubik PRO a few years ago. Who can I message to verify my identity?

You will need to Private Message me some information:
  • Any other possible email addresses that may have been used when purchasing Cubik
  • The real name of the person who purchased Cubik
  • A decent estimate of the date of purchase (preferably with a screenshot of the receipt)
  • Your Cubik key (if you know what it is)
