I am using "PayMaya" Mastercard to purchase the product but the transaction was denied.
Is there any way to solve this?

We're setup to accept just about every payment option possible. Especially Mastercard and Visa.

If you're having issues with your payment method you will need to contact your card issuer and ask them why the payment cannot be processed.
