So i bought on march 21 Cubik Studio
and they said that i will get the activation key on march 28 its not march 29 and still didn't got a mail
so i found a thread to recover my key https://cubik.studio/recover2
but that didnt work
i paid with paypal

anything i can do?

Already dealt with this via Discord DM. There have been no purchases processed from PaymentWall with the address.

Seems the purchase is either being help up by PayPal or PW for unknown reason.
