Cubik Studio Backup file?

Does Cubik Studio have a backup file? If so, where is it kept? And how much time it continues to backup.

Backups folder can be opened in Cubik > Tools > Browse Cubik Data Folder
By default a backup is done every 20 minutes. That can be changed in preferences
