Email Address/Cubik Serial Error in Cubik Updater

Just letting you know that I still have this problem. I attempted to send Sphax a PM, but I don't understand the PM system so I don't know if my message was even sent or if it has been replied to. It seems Sphax replied to someone else's PM about the problem and solved it for them after I tried to send a PM, so I really don't know what to think.
In any case, let me re-explain the problem. I'm trying to activate Cubik Studio by entering in my email address and Cubik Serial inside the text fields. However, when I try to continue, I get this error message:
I'm running Windows 10.
I have tried restarting the updater and restarting my computer different times.
I am absolutely certain I am entering both my email address and my Cubik Serial correctly, and I'm making sure to enter the email address that I used to purchase Cubik Studio (and that I registered my account to).
I have tried entering invalid email addresses and invalid Cubik Serials, but I receive different errors.
Someone on the forums was saying the email address needed to be entirely lowercase. Mine already is, still get the error.
Sphax: If you need my email address/Cubik Serial, it should be in your PMs. If it isn't, I've done something wrong and need some help understanding the PM system.

UPDATE: Just checked my keys again on cubik.studio/get, and my key is GONE. It was there yesterday, and today it's not there. Somehow my key has been used up without ever activating Cubik Studio for me.
