Serial used by too many users

I got a new computer and tried activating Cubik, but it said serial is used by too many users, is there some way I can deactivate Cubik on my old computer?
Your key has already been reset when you requested it about a month ago, since then your key hasn't been used.
Make sure you're using the account details on https://cubik.studio/get
If you're still having issues please post a screenshot of it.
