I can't activate legacy version cubik pro. What should I do?

Please post the error message and are you sure you are entering your Cubik Studio email and Serial correctly?

The error screen is here. The key is entering the correct one, but should I buy a new key?

You don't have to purchase a new key. Yours should work. I'll check what is happening.
