UV mapping on .obj imports

when I import a .obj file and then convert to elements the texture doesn't map with all the elements and it looks weird. When I select all elements then go to UV settings and turn on UV snap, only 1 element gets effected. I don't want to have to select every element individually. Is there a way to fix this?

Can you give some more details?

Basically what I'm getting from this is that you import an .obj with an MTL connecting textures to the .obj. You then proceed to convert the .obj to voxels and then further down to elements.
From this I have no idea what you're talking about. Mind sharing something like a few screenshots, a gif, or even a video if you have the chance?
